The White Light Mixes in my opinion are pretty essential, if you consider that its brought together a handful of deejay's and the deeper sounds of nu disco from all corners of the globe. We're talking the likes of Matty C, Curtis Vodka, Them Jeans, Neoteric, Helsinki 78-82 and more. Nu disco is like electro's younger, yet more mature brother. In regards to this series, you'll hear a bridge between funk, disco and electric porn come together giving you an arrangement of music that promises to deliver longevity over what some would call "expendable dance music". Regardless whether you think your type of EDM is expendable or not, I will tell you to keep an open mind when listening to these mixes, as they are set up to breathe and let the tunes work themselves out instead of massacring your ear-drums with an abundance of tracks and quick mixing. So far there are 21 white light mixes in the series, my favorite still being WLM16 as you can tell by the pic above. But don't take my word for it, peep the blog and download them all.
