Guru of Gangstarr and of course his legacy as the father of jazz hip-hop lost his battle with cancer last night. By far one of the best hip-hop musicians to ever walk this green earth. A true conscious speaker with a fire inside that embedded sense into those who lacked it. A true leader in modern conscious hip-hop. Loved by many, respected by all. May he rest in peace.
