One half of the infamous Frikstailers, Dj Rafa Caivano comes correct with a blend of 8-bit and Cumbia-dub remixes that are simply awesome. One act that I would love to see play up in Vancouver is definitely the Caivano and his Frikstailers couter-part with their unique style of Cumbia arrangements and low-end nasty that's always hype.
