YOSUCKA! IT'S OKTORED

OktoRed hitting you again with his avant-garde sound that is super polished, shiny and future perfect. While experimenting with the 108bpm realm, most of his tunes refuse to take comfort in the current style that most kids call Moombahton. Sure the dem-bow makes an appearance on most tracks like "Take Me Down", "Relax" and gutsy core tunes like "Hold Up, Wait a Minute", but to be restricted to Moombah's simplistic formula is something you won't hear from Joel Dunn's future sounds of Moombahton. OktoRed, hailing from Detroit clearly draws a huge influence from the Detroit techno sound. Well executed snare and boom-tap drum hits add to the percussive canvas which he lays lush and spaced-out arrangements for a sound that's as familiar as it is fresh.

Most recently Oktored dropped this new gem which I believe solidify my statements.  Colorful arpeggios and well engineered synth pressure puts this tune on a league of it's own.  Future-Moombahisms ahead.  Grab the free downloads while you can.

Probably the most overlooked "Blaze-Up" remix to date.  When David Heartbreak handed out stems to remix his debut single, he opened the gauntlet to really bad remixes. But that was expected. Not in this case IMO. I might come across bias, but this was one of the most OG remixes that came out it.

Hands down one of my favorite tunes by Oktored, "Bounce That Ass" is a cosmic ass-clapping journey into sound.  Here we go!

You might be wondering about YoSucka! and what they're all about.  Currently you can pick up OktoRed's latest single "How Many Moon's" Part of the FUTURE SOUND OF 8 MILE EP on his own YoSucka! imprint.  And by imprint I mean they released this beast on vinyl, plus a very limited, all red vinyl for the serious heads!  Make sure to pick it up! It's like investing in gold, but only better.
