The Minotaurs Lair is back, and I'm stoked to be a resident at this night. The past few events have been eclectic is musical flavors and this time around is no different. Heaters on top of heaters with the finest talent from NYC to Vancouver. Here's a brief run-down of the line-up, this jam featuring the likes of Blind Prophet a conosur of Future this and Future that. With releases on Gradient Audio being featured on HxdB's Future of Bass compilation and his radio show on Sub.fm his music isn't hard to find, and now he's bringing it to you.
Vancouver's HxdB has been putting the city on the map as force in bass music releasing a slew of records in 2011 including releases on Dubkraft, and his brilliant collaboration with Distal and Mayhem on "Typewriter Tune" released on Canada's Surefire Sound that got serious buzz at home and abroad. This year sees even bigger releases for HxdB with labels like Palms Out and Silverback camps penciling in releases.
This show could not go on without crediting the likes of Self Evident, Gameboy also on the bill for the evening. The vision of this art space is coming into light and am truly blessed to have the opportunity to jam with these dudes, especially for the such a high caliber show. IMO.
